As of today, 17 January 2025, hashtag DORA is in full force. Earlier this week, the CSSF issued a communiqué with updates on reporting obligations.

One of the first key challenges? The register of information. All financial entities must submit their registers via CSSF eDesk between 1 April and 15 April 2025.

The register’s expanded scope and granular details make completion complex. Additional technical difficulties have emerged, as the ESAs require reporting in plain CSV format (without providing a tool/script or updating their Excel template from the dry run).
